Challenge: Brokerage firm looked to move into the RIA marketplace to grow assets.

Solution: Provided overview of RIA marketplace and tools/product set/services client needed to have in place to capture assets from this channel. Identified firms core competencies that should be leveraged in this channel.

IRA Rollover | Retirement Income Planning Product Development

Challenge: Organization sought to increase current asset retention by streamlining the rollover process and expanding their advisory services to include retirement income planning.

Solution: Provided product requirements and infrastructure requirements to support the end-to-end asset retention solution.

Technical Integration | Marketing Communications Strategy

Challenge: Firm aimed to increase its RFP effectiveness and win more workplace retirement plans business to keep pace with the increasingly competitive marketplace.

Solution: Developed new benefit-oriented RFP response content and provided a technical solution to streamline the entire RFP response process.

E-Marketing

Challenge: Large financial services firm wanted to reduce shareholder communication and marketing costs by leveraging the electronic communications channel.

Solution: Worked with internal team to align the organization and build infrastructure to support promotional e-mail campaigns, quarterly e-newsletters and e-services capabilities.

Product Review and Rationalization

Challenge: Firm was experiencing net redemptions in fund group.

Solution: Analyzed funds and firm’s centers of excellence. Merged certain redundant, poor performing funds and recommended new series of funds capitalizing on firm’s strength in the alternative asset class and structured product arena.

Marketing Research Analysis

Challenge: Major lifestyle magazine publishing company was interested in garnering additional advertising opportunities from non-endemic high end advertisers.

Solution: Conducted in-depth audience analysis and overlaid high net worth profiles to determine optimal high net worth segments for advertisers. Developed sales presentation and value add programs.

New Business Development

Challenge A specialized finance, hedge fund company had a unique franchise finance opportunity representing a competitive alternative asset offering.

Solution: Packaged product into a limited partnership hedge fund and helped with the third party marketing to sell product into family office, foundation and insurance markets.
